... In my defence, I have been left alone to pack for a plane trip, and this was my chosen procrastination. Here, have a full map of the world surrounding Hyrule Kingdom.
I've set it up so it would take a rough month and a half to cross Hyrule on foot, even without the difficult terrain and other considerations. So have in mind this world is large with a capital BIG.
Due to places like the Great Sea and other locations present in some games that didn't have landmarks that always perfectly connected with other preceding depictions of Hyrule, I've taken a lot of liberties and made the continent of Hyrule and the new continent that was the home of Spirit Tracks vastly different locations. To be honest, I don't mind this being used as a reference for people trying to comprehend scale in their own writing, so do with it what you will. Just understand that I'll probably never get the chance to finish the closeup maps I had pencilled out. Ah well.
The main map of Hyrule is very much the BOTW one, but the expansive size and direction of the Gerudo desert is based on many more variations. Side note: Termina does not exist on this map per se, it is technically a tear in reality, a prison of sorts, meant to keep the powers beyond the control of mere mortals at bay. So again, do with this what you will.
