So hunters and analysts are two separate groups, members of one group does research, analyses branches and determines threat levels, members of the other group goes out in the field, takes care of threats and resets the timeline.

They 'work in tandem', but really, the relationship between them is tense (look at the poster, placing the hunter up front, as if they were more important when without analysts and their insight they wouldn't get anywhere), and we've seen several times when there were disagreements between hunters and analysts. When Hunter-B15 nearly pruned Casey and didn't even apologise, Hunter-B15 arguing with Mobius and bossing him around (even though Mobius is sort of both, not just an analyst-researcher but also someone who goes out on the field).

The relationship between them can't even get better because they're told through posters that

less meetings, more productivity,

minimize chatting in the cafeteria (and limit lunch break to 17 minutes, which is absurd, even I have 30 minutes and I work in a shit place, others have a full hour).

Chaos is already there between them. Now that Hunter-B15 actually lost Loki (something Mobius hoped but also predicted would happen), I don't think this relationship would get any better. TVA is already falling apart from the inside out because the people don't know and don't trust each other, and so far the manipulations worked, but for how long...?

And even now that Loki is missing, who will be punished? He's still a Variant, not to be trusted, and it was Mobius's idea to bring him along but Hunter-B15 insisted he must go with her. Who will answer for that?
