maple syrup can recrystalize. kind of like what happens to honey. a lot of people will store opened maple syrup in the fridge for freshness and to prevent mold. unless you got moisture in the bottle, maple syrup will not go bad. like how peanut butter won’t go bad unless there is moisture for bacteria to grow. bacteria growth can happen if there’s moisture. so keep bottles in a cool and dry environment. unopened maple syrup has an indefinite shelf life. like if you kept your maple syrup in the sun - i’d want to boil it to be sure it’s not had bacteria growth. like all food, bacteria will propagate with moisture

Favourite character(s), and why? The Doctor because of all the amazing things he gives to me, to all of us, what he stands for and what he does. Hermione Granger, because she stands for so many things that mean so much to me. She is a strong, independent woman who is harassed for who she is, but she's the best out of all of them and she makes things happen. Dean Winchester, because through all of the pain of his childhood and losing someone so close to him so young he was strong for his little brother, gave him everything that he needed to be successful in his life despite the lot that he was given in his life.
What is your best memory? My best memory is the day my fiancé asked me to marry him. I'm so in love and so happy and excited to be spending the rest of my life with him.
