This day sucked more than I could have ever expected. My heart breaks for my daughter today, especially when she is old enough now to ask for her daddy and recognize his absence. Not to mention she spent the who day sick with a fever. And even though this is the 5th Father's Day without my dad, it hit me the hardest. So I end my day thanking God that I had an amazing dad who was funny, smart, and loving. And I pray that someday my incredible daughter experiences the same.
