What if when the four of them are old, Virgil is the only one still capable of flight so trains to be able to be a carrier (without the others knowing) so he can take the others up for one last flight. First Lo, as a thanks for his wings, then Ro. He waits for the perfect day (exactly the first time Pat took him in the air) to take Pat up and after Pat had his last flight, Virgil donates his mechanical wings to a museum so he can live the remainder of his life with his friends on equal ground.

When pat molts, do people ever bid for his feathers or something? Would he auction them off for money that could go to one of his favorite causes? Also, did you get my ask about burial rights and traditions? Thanks!

Alright so if there is one thing I know it's animal behavior. With birds they have a tendency to fluff up and flare/flick their wings when agitated. I have an image in my head of the boys doing that. Virgil would probably be laughed at while when Pat does that people are like "oh shit". It's great for intimidation (except for Virgil)

You say asymmetrical wings are undesireable, but what about Patton's?

how does virgil like patton’s wings (after they’re in an established relationship)? does he like them, beyond the fact they might make him feel inferior?

Is there anyone above Patton, and further more is he one of a kind? So are there traits that could've boosted him even more and are there other people who also fall into his societal tier? (I guess a follow up question would be is there anyone lower than Virgil and how common is his societal tier?)

How did Patton react when Virgil tried his finished prothstetics on for the first time?

Did Roman and Patton ever try to be in a romantic relationship together because that's what everyone wanted/ assumed of them before settling on best buds?
