I love how no matter who has the title, Strife and Death always seem to be intertwined with each other.
Gnaeus reassured Polyxia when she had to do her trial, Polyxia is one of the last people he sees when he seals himself.
Mydei offers to go to the underworld to help Castorice and as soon as they meet up in the underworld he doesn't hesitate to jump in and help to the best of his abilities.
Castorice readily aids Gnaeus to become Nikador again and likely talked to Mydei about him.

I'm already working on my next Amphoreus JP localization post, but I think this detail here deserves particular attention: In that flashback, Past Castorice says 大好きなボリュシア (dear Polyxia).
As is with any other language, Japanese has a myriad of ways of expressing one's love. 好き (suki) means "like", but can be used to express love, whether platonic or romantic. 大好き (daisuki) literally means "like a lot" and is the most common form of "I love you" in Japanese. It's perfectly acceptable for siblings, but what interests me is the fact Castorice is saying it.
Castorice's speech pattern in JP is characterized by being overly formal and polite. She is clearly not used to things like slang and more informal terms, as she hesitated to even use 可愛い (cute) to refer to March's camera back in 3.0. You'd think she'd use fancier stuff to express love towards another, but that wasn't the case.
[If you're curious as to what a fancier "I love you" sounds like, Cerces provides a good example. She calls Mnestia 愛しき者(itoshikimono), literally "beloved person".]
Castorice used daisuki to express love. The most common form of "I love you". Not the least bit of politeness and formality she always carries. And it was towards her sister. Coming from her, it sounds so strange, and yet so fond. Like she's talking to someone she always knew. Like she's talking about an obvious bond that needs no introduction.
The way you say "I love you" often speaks more than just "I love you". And Castorice's daisuki spoke to me of a fondness without comparison.
