🌳 I was excited to try this H. Roads Body Perfume Mist but when I received it and sprayed it on I was definitely thrown off. This mist is really strong and I felt like I was navigating my way through a forest? I chose the Sweet Mist scent but there wasn't anything sweet about it to me. 🌳 The scent is fresh but super overbearing and I don't think I'd even care for it on my husband. It's made up of Patchouli, Vanilla, and Neroli Orange Blossom but it just didn't mix well or smell remotely good. Light scent The ingredients are really nice. But the scent is so light I can barely smell it. It is sweet and flowery. Not a fan of flowery smells for fragrance. The ingredients say it has anise. Which I love sweet and spicy notes. You cannot smell the anise at all. Since it is not a fragrance for me it is perfect for my dog Stella. So I will use it on her. She needs to smell pretty too. I don't recommend this product at all. Sad to say this is the first product that I have reviewed for @08liter that I do not like. It was bound to happen. The blue box I received has a glossy photo of Daniel Henney holding a glossy photo of a Beautiful White Rose, hence the sheet masks containing Rose. 🌹 💙 Interesting Brand Story: Daniel Henney & H.Roads created; “MENIMALISM”, and wants you to; “Follow Your Heart”, in which the “H” is taken from Heart, and put together in “H.Roads”. 💜 Details: Funny Cos Lab Moisturizing Sheet Masks with Rose 🌹 Extract not only hydrate, but Rose is known to calm irritated skin. The mask gives the skin a cooling feeling. This Sheet mask is Air Fit, and is meant to retain the moisture & essence longer. 💙 Top Ingredients: Glycerin, Betaine, Hydrangea Extract Basil Flower, Daffodil Extract, Bluefly Iris Extract, Edelweiss Flower Leaf Extract, Lotus Extract, Rose 🌹 Extract, Jasmine flower Leaf Extract, Freesia Extract, and Thyme Extract (Not a complete list). 💜 My thoughts: Although this is catered to skincare for men, I Love how this Rose 🌹 Moisturizing mask makes my skin feel! I feel the nice cooking & highly Moisturizing effects. My only issue was the way the eye holes fit my face. I know we all have different shapes, but the top portion just covers too much of my eyes, unless it’s meant to cover the top part of the eyes, not sure. It stayed on pretty well, and of course I loved using the remaining essence left in the packet! I received the #HRoads Funny Cos Lab Firming Mask Pack from #08liter for a trial fee in exchange for a review. Thank you @08liter, @h.roads for letting me test this product. 🌟Claims: A mask that helps with skin elasticity and lift. 🌟Notable Ingredients: Swiftlet Nest Extract 🌟Scent: Light Jasmine Oil 🌟Use: Apply after toner and evenly attach to face. Remove sheet after 10~20 minutes, and gently pat to enhance absorption of the remaining essence into the skin. This mask was made in partnership with Daniel Henney's H.Roads company. I really couldn't find much info on the masks, however it makes no difference as the masks are great. I wasn't expecting much from these masks but they do come with 30ml of essence so they're soaked in essence. I was able to get ~45 minutes of wear. Afterwards my skin felt plump and hydrated. I didn't see any lifting but honestly I wasn't expecting that. If you get a chance to try these masks I really recommend. 🌲H.Roads Forest Revival Essence🌲 You must be wondering why I’m holding this beautiful masculine bottle of essence. It is 1. For men. 2. I wanted to know if there was honestly a difference between male and female products. I’ve not been fond of dividing products by gender because skin is skin and there are men with dry skin, and women with oily skin. So I’m not into the whole “men have oily skin, women have more dry skin”. Climate plays a part too 🤦🏻‍♀️ . Anyway, this is my first encounter with this brand @h.roads and it appears to be by Daniel Henney (not sure why this is a big deal but seems to be the main selling point). Buying it isn’t going to be easy as google isn’t giving me much about it. I couldn’t even get the ingredients list. Based on photos it looks like it boasts HA and Sea Buckthorn and something about sunflowers (lol Pictionary). This line is designed for men and this essence promises to brighten, moisturise, and have anti ageing properties. . The essence has a light gel-like emulsion texture that glides on smoothly. The pump kinda spurts and behaves like it’s at the end of the product despite being in the first few pumps which is totes weird, but it gets better and I use 3 pumps each time. The product is moisturising and dries pretty matte. It absorbs fast and is easy to spread, and I’ve noticed it soothes my skin a little. As with most male products that promise to do everything, this seems to be a jack of all trades. It’s not magical or amazing but it gets the job done. I have to say the one thing I really like is the fat black sturdy packaging. Can’t we have more skincare in black packaging? I’m also going to keep that pretty foresty box. Hehe. . I’ll probably be passing this on to my dad because it didn’t do enough for me, and @0.8l_singapore sent me another peptide essence that I look forward to trying. So yessss!
