Today marks 6 weeks until we jetset off for our longest travel adventure to date โ๏ธ weโve handed in our resignation, started planning our packing list and have a rough itinerary laid out. We plan to swim in cenotes in Mexico, drink coffee in Colombia, hike the Inca trail in Peru, stand at the edge of Iguazu Falls and immerse ourselves in the wondrous beauty of Patagonia. โ Thereโll be some long bus rides, sweaty days and probably plenty of โyo no entiendoโ.
