The two of you sat at a table in silence, sipping away at tea.

It was after club hours. The two of you haven’t really had a chance to speak one-on-one until now.

Shouldn’t Hikaru be seizing this opportunity?

He finally breaks the silence, “You have no one else to hang around with?”

Not like that, you idiot!

You merely sip at your tea, “Do you want me to?”

“Hah?”

“Do you want me to leave right now? Spend time with someone else?”

He slams his hands on the table, “I never said that!”

More silence.

You place the cup down, “I love you, you know.” You’re not looking at him, but the smile on your face speaks volumes.

His face bursts into a shade of pink, “I— what’s with you today?! Honestly!” He grumbles, turning away from you to look out the window.

“…………”

“…………”

“…….I—…I love you too.”

💜 Kyoya 💜

“Kyoya~ It’s unprofessional of us to be missing out on club activities right now.”

“…………”

Kyoya has gone off and dragged you with him to the maze, located in Ouran’s garden.

You stop walking and look around. You weren’t familiar with this part of the maze. “Kyoya? Are we lost?”

“………..”

“Y/N.”

“…..Yeah?”

“……….”

“My apologies. Forget it.”

“….Kyoya, I don’t think you brought me all the way out here for nothing.”

He ignored you, “I’ll tell the guests it’s my fault we got lost, and it’s my fault we’re terribly late.”

Unfortunately for you, Kyoya is too prideful to admit any possible feelings he has for you.

“Kaoruuuu!”

The man had you trapped in his grip. He had asked you to wait for him when the bell rang, and he purposely took his sweet time packing up his stuff until the classroom was cleared out.

Now, well, now he finally had some time with you.

“Come on, let’s go! I don’t want to be scorned by Kyoya. You know how he gets.”

He buried his face into your shoulder, “Can we…. just stay like this? For a few more minutes?”

You slump in defeat, “Okay.”

“…….You really gave me a taste of my own medicine, huh?” He smiles to himself.

He goes on, “It’s deserved, but I don’t like it. I don’t like how others will flaunt over you. It makes me…..feel a lot of things all at once.”

You hum, understanding completely what he’s expressing to you.

You rub his back reassuringly, “But I only love you.”

His voice cracks and he can feel the tears form in his eyes, “…I know.”

💗 Honey 💗

Ah yes, the negotiator.

He has convinced Kyoya to make you, him, and Takashi a packaged deal.

Kyoya didn’t mind, it brought in more customers.

The guests find it cute how much you two love and adore each other.

Now Honey is always with you. In classes, at lunch, during kendo practice, and now during the host club.

Although you still hang out with random guests and friends on your free time, this is still better than before.

You walk over to a slouched over Tamaki, huddled in a corner.

“…Tamaki?”

His ear twitches and noticeable perks up at the sound of your voice, but overall his position facing the wall doesn’t change.

“…..Yes?”

You crouch down to his level, “You okay?”

Tamaki squirms, “You’re a host now.” He mumbles.

You blink, “….Yes…I’m a host.”

“You’re a popular host.” He continues.

Ah. You get it now.

“Did you want me to…hang out with you more?”

Like a dog, Tamaki excitedly turns around, “Really?!”

You nod.

He lurches forward in excitement and pulls you into a hug, “Y/NNNN~!!!” He gushes.

You both walk side by side on your way over to the club room.

“The more I think about it,” Haruhi starts, “The more I realize…I feel pretty lonely without you.”

“Huh?!” You spin your head around to face her.

Haruhi…she’s not normally this open to anyone. You were fairly confused as to where this was suddenly coming from.

“It’s just…since you became a host….you’ve been hanging around more people. Which is great for you! I’m happy!” She waves her hand, “I dunno….”

You ponder, “I guess I have been spending less time with you as of late.”

“Yep.”

Silence.

Okay, fine, you’ll mention it, “Haruhi~ Did you want to start hanging out more?”

“……I’d like that.”

“Did you want to talk about anything?” You ask, skipping along the stoned pavement.

“Hm.”

Well, that didn’t answer much.

You try again, “Is there anything you want to do?”

“Spend more time with you.”

You were taken aback that he actually responded.

You look up at him with a flustered face, “W-What’s this now?”

He holds your gaze.

You quickly nod and spin back around, “Spend more time with you. Got it.” You acknowledge.

Ratchet:

Ratchet has the most disgusted expression as he stares back at the wide, grinning symbiote

he knows of their species, has heard of them during the war across space, but never had to worry about one "infecting" him seeing as how his own species was very much incompatible

but seeing one seep from his s/o's back has chills running up his spinal strut

the doc tells his s/o not to worry and that he'll get them apart, only for his s/o to shout no and back away

he almost thinks it's the symbiote speaking through them but his s/o argues that they're a part of them now, that they've been apart of them

Ratchet doesn't know how to feel about this; angry? sick? betrayed?

they're his s/o, and knowing that someone, no, something is so close to them as being literally and figuratively a part of them upsets him

he's going to be honest with his s/o about how he feels about the whole thing, how it could possibly be a complication in their relationship, even though it very much hurts him to do so

he can tell his s/o's thought about this being a problem as well, and even with the hurt in their eyes, he knows they've thought of some possible solutions to it

they tell him first off that they still very deeply love him and that if a)they have feelings for their symbiote as well, then they can try to work this as a poly relationship, or if b)they don't have romantic feelings for their symbiote, than they make it known to the mech and say they're kind of like a really close family member/best friend

whichever it is, Ratchet's willing to try and work with his s/o, because even though he can make quips and grumbles like an old man, he's an adult who's willing to compromise with the one he loves

Bumblebee:

on one hand, Bumblebee's very concerned for his s/o, on the other he keeps makes whirring sounds of awe

he's heard of the symbiotes race before, learned about them during one of his scouting missions before coming to Earth but was always told not to worry about them since he was mechanical

now he was worried, worried for his s/o anyways

he knows of the effects they can have on their host, especially death, so he's quick to take his s/o to Ratchet when they stop him and say their bond isn't like that

both his s/o and their symbiotes reassurance/explanation about their symbiotic bond puts him at some ease, but he still worries and is ready to speed his s/o to get help should they ever need it

in the meantime, the yellow mech goes about being his friendly self and actually tries to get to know and be friends with his s/o's symbiote; it's only fair seeing as how they're a part of his s/o and it'd be rude to his s/o if he didn't try to be at least a little civil(also new friend yay!)

if there's any romantic feelings involved between his s/o and their symbiote, Bumblebee's also entirely up for trying out a poly relationship

the biggest thing that puts the young scout off is his s/o's symbiote's need to eat, well not necessarily eat, but what they eat! Aka; other humans!!

he's freaking out and beeping like crazy as his s/o tries to calm him while at the same time scolding their idiot grinning symbiote for being a lil shit

his s/o's quick to reassure him that they only eat bad people, but Bee still whirr's his uncomfortable feelings about the matter, only for his s/o to also tell him that their symbiote can eat chocolate as a good substitute

everyday his s/o wakes up with their pantry's stacked to the brim with boxes and bars of different kinds of chocolates now

Arcee:

Arcee know's fully well about the symbiotes race, but like many others she never had the need to worry about what would happen if she came across one

at least till she caught one oozing back inside her s/o after having ripped a con that had the upper hand on her to shreds

you could say she's feeling quite a bit of things at once; shock, concern for her s/o, and anger at the symbiote for having chosen them as their host are just a few to list

her s/o's apologizing profusely, saying they should have told her soon but were scared of what she might do if they did

while Arcee is upset with her s/o for not coming to her sooner, she waves her servo and is more concerned about getting her s/o back to Ratchet or Ms Darby, but she's left being curtly cut off when her s/o makes it a known fact that, while yes they feel bad for not mentioning them, they're not letting their symbiote go; not only because they'd die, but also because of the bond they share

this makes Arcee on edge; she already has trust issues to begin with, and while she is getting better about being more open, her s/o is her s/o, not the symbiotes

if her s/o has romantic feelings for their symbiote, they'll bring up the idea of a poly relationship, which Arcee won't necessarily be sure if she could really do; she'll try but again she can only be so open with so many people

but if her s/o doesn't have any romantic feelings towards their symbiote, they let her know that right away, saying their like a very close family member or friend, which has the femme at a bit of easy, but still uncomfortable with their 24/7 presence

which ever it may be, it will definitely take time for Arcee to get used to this symbiote that's attached it's self to her s/o, especially after they called Jack a tasty morsel while licking their chops

Before anything else, let me explain something. The symbiote I used for my previous imagine, mostly the name and general appearance, is from a friend of mine, and their oc. Shard was just the first name that popped into my head. So I used it, much to the ‘offense’ of my friend. Nah, I’m kidding they’re fine with it! XD but yes a feminine Shard will be my most used symbiote for x readers that needs one. I’ll boop them here @beans-and-rice101

The following imagine is based off of this prompt: Imagine Eddie finding you in the Life Foundation lab already bonded with your own symbiote

Never in your life would you be wishing to be back on the streets, giving anyone who passed you silent pleas for some extra change. But right now? You’d take anything over the glass case you were trapped in.

In your desperation to have a full meal, you had accepted the offer to become a part of a human experiment. Something about the ‘next stage of human evolution’, but you couldn’t give a fuck about that, you simply wanted to eat.

“Release the symbiote.” Was Carlton Drake’s closing words to his small, nearly robotic speech towards his scientists. From behind you, the hissing sound of a hatch opening had caught your attention. A nauseating anxiety started to form in the pit of your stomach as you took noticed one of the scientists and the look she was giving you. Deep concern and fear.

You turned around slowly, only to pin yourself to the glass as you saw what they were looking at. Inky blue fluid. Living inky blue fluid and it was moving towards you. Letting out a scream, you turned back to the group outside and started to hit the glass harshly. “Help! Help me, please! Please! I don’t wanna die! Please!”

They ignored your pleas and continued to observe as the goo finally made contact with your leg. Causing you to flinch and fall to the ground in the shock. It travelled up your leg and started to dissolve into the fabric of the shirt they had given you. You were rolling on the floor, thrashing in the vain hope that you could get whatever this was off of you. Fuck the food, fuck the experiment, you just wanted to live!

With a gasp, you grasped your shirt before padding you up and down, looking for the goo that had come at you. But you felt nothing. “W-Where is it? What was that!?” You started to demand as you shakily stood up. “Her vital signs are stable and everything seems to be checking out. She’s a match.” A male sitting in front of a computer said laser-focused on the screen in front of him. Your eyes widened in horror at this realisation.

“Was that thing supposed to kill me!? You psychopaths! What the fuck is this!?” you cried in fear and desperation. But they never answered you, they simply left you where you were after fiddling with something. Holding back a sob, you sat on the ground, resigned to your fate as a test subject.

Within the hour, you started to shiver. Who left a window open?

“There are no windows in this container”

What the fuck was that? Your head shot up at the thought. You thought you had heard something. A voice. You stood up and peered through the glass as much as you could, trying to catch a glimpse of the others here. Maybe it was them.

“Think again.”

Yeah, if they had called to you, their voices would have been muffled, this voice was clear as day. Swivelling your head around to check your ‘room’, that seemed to have tinted blue lighting for some reason. But it was still only you and your frightened thoughts.

“You mean we”

“What the fuck are you? The voice in my head!? Have I finally lost my sanity in this world!?” you snapped, standing up, ignoring the icy feeling in your joints. But you were pushed to the floor suddenly, causing to you yelp and scurry to the nearest wall. Yep, you were insane! Bonkers! Off your meds!

“We will not get anywhere if you do not calm down!”

You whimpered slightly as you were yelled at, but decided to listen to the voice, you performed a few breathing exercises to calm down. Though that was proving somewhat difficult, especially when suddenly something emerges from your back. That same living fluid that had launched itself at you before. It curved around to face you as it formed ahead with large eyes and large teeth.

The head’s blue-tinted oily essence seemed to flow smoothly in the air, the face was thin and subtle in the small curves that it have. The large white eyes gracefully curve at the end of them, the features were quite feminine in the long run. “W-What? W-Who are you?” you asked, earning a large toothy smile from the head.

“I am Shard. You, (Y/n), are my host.”

“H-Host?”

“Yes. I am unable to survive on this planet without a host. This man you placed your trust in, sees my kind as a doorway for yours.”

“Your tone isn’t reassuring, you know. I don’t see this working out for me or anyone.” Your expression hardened into a glare, but your shaky breath earned a widened grin from the sentient head before you. “Only if you lack trust in me.”

“Trust? Literally an hour ago you were … a blob attacking me!”

Shard opened her mouth to retort but was interrupted by the blaring lights and high pitched noises that quickly gave you a headache. Shard retreated from sight.

“Maria! Maria!?”

Then the panicked shouts started and you could have sworn that it was a familiar voice. Your limbs were forced back into action, throwing your body against the glass. The sound that escaped your throat caught the attention of the escapee and your eyes locked.

“Eddie!?” “(Y/n)!?”

When you lived on the streets, it was just outside Eddie’s apartment where you spent your nights. You and Eddie had built a small type of friendship over the months ever since he moved into the building. Eddie would end up nicknaming you ‘Wise Sage’ because you proved to be some endless well of advice whenever he walked by. But you were absent when he was given the lead into the Life Foundation Lab. any doubts he had were swept under the rug when he couldn’t find you anywhere. You acted as his anchor, but your absence let the stupid decision confirm itself.

Your relieved expression suddenly contorted as did your vocal cords, like they were possessed “Venom! Get us out of here!” It was not your voice, but the tone was still as desperate as you felt at that moment. Shard seemed to throw you out of the way as a large object was thrown into the glass that contained you.

“Oh shit!” Eddie exclaimed in shock at the midnight black substance grabbing the heaviest object nearby and hurling it at the glass, causing it to shatter and scatter the floor. “(Y/n)! Come on!” Panic seems to be contagious because it seemed to control your body to ignore the glass and run with Eddie.

You both had managed to escape being captured, albeit in trees like scaredy cats. But you escaped. You nearly let yourself fall to your knees upon the asphalt in the joy of being far from the dreaded lab. But Eddie dragged you by the forearm away from your original spot and into his apartment.

You were not able to get a word in before Eddie’s behaviour silenced; he was like a savaged animal that had gone unfed. But it also appeared to be a struggle of the mind. You were scared and confused “He’s hungry.”

“Who?”

“Venom.”

“He.... has one of you up his ass too?”

“Not… the way I would have put it. But yes. Eddie does not seem to be a willing host.”

Once silent seem to fall upon the apartment, you found Eddie in the bathroom. Passed out from exhaustion. You were going to haul him to his couch despite your how exhaustion, but you paused to look at his face. As you studied his face, remembering the times before this small ordeal. While you never asked anything from him, nor did he give many physical items beside the few coins that he could give. The thing you most valued from him was simply seeing his face at least once a day.

Neither of you had much wealth of physical coin, but the wealth of character brought light to your musky world on the streets. You felt that you mattered to Eddie because he ca--

“I’m going to interrupt your thoughts for a moment. I need to do something, now! I promise I’ll bring you back before he awakens.”

Before you could retort against Shard, you were enveloped in a darkness that you felt held hostage within. Your limbs were moving but it was you who was in control. Your vision was blocked, keeping you away from the reality, then your exhustion caught up with you and passed out.

You woke up to a gentle pat on your cheek and blood on your face.
