The defining feature of this drink is the LOOOONG lemon spiral draped inside the glass, which is meant to slowly infuse citrua flavours into what is essentially just bourbon, bitters and ginger ale. . Getting the spiral was tricky though. Took me three lemons before I managed to cut a long and decent enough spiral from the whole lemon.
