backstory

dalton grew up in brindleton bay surrounded by family. his parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his sibling clem were all extremely close and there wasn’t a day that went by that the house wasn’t full. despite being the biggest and the one expected to step in if there was trouble, though, he was the quietest of the kids and spent more time zoning out, reading, and playing games than anything else. it was only when he started playing football that he became a bit more social and learned the value of having friends (that weren’t, well, virtual). leaving for college was actually difficult for him because he had to leave both his teammates and family behind, and start all over again. he even made the decision of attending UOB instead of Foxbury Institute to stay with his friends that did decide to go to college. he’s very loyal and has been burned a few times because of it, but overall he has no regrets about his decision. now that he’s almost finished (about to be a senior), one of his friends convinced him to go even farther out of his comfort zone and apply to the bachelorette before going back to school. he’s very nervous but giving it a shot- after all, why not? he hopes that, if he’s chosen, at the very least it’ll be a fun and meaningful experience where he can find a good friend (if not more 💜)

reading, drinking some hot coffee or hot chocolate and becoming a human burrito with his favorite warm blanket is his favorite thing on the world.

has braces. he got them a year ago, when he finally decide it’s time to do something about those teeth. but he’s still very self-conscious about it, so usually he hides his mouth when laughing

doesn’t always understand art, but he still admires it and the people who create them.
