The first time I tried this pose, this #GandhaBherunda -ish #chinstand thing, the back of my neck cramped the hell up. Didn't try it too many times after that. This is better, but I'm over-tensed in the video, cramming my elbows into my chest. Won't be much of a backbend unless I want to practice it enough to let myself relax.
