1 Corinthians 13

           she asks as an involuntary response for instead of trying to dissuade him from continuing this conversation she was unconsciously indulging his curiosity     ❛    why do you think there’s more to know about me?     ❜   

    “  don’t hold back now, it’s just getting fun.  ”    nate taunted with a wide grin spreading across his lips as he circled the mats, shifting his weight and keeping his gloved hands raised in front of him. he had always enjoyed fighting and ever since he had his first shift, he had been obsessively careful about keeping his strength and speed under control. never react too quickly, always pull his punches, but things were different now. he knew that another werewolf wouldn’t get hurt by him, at least, not badly. not that nate planned on taking anything too far, but he was eager to see just how quick and just how strong he was without having to worry about breaking anything.  //  @histruth​  ♡’d  for  starter

      “  c’mon  man,  why’d  you  think  i  got  a  job  in  the  kitchens  in  the  first  place ?  ”  truthfully, he had needed the money but there were certain benefits to being on the staff as well, most notably was the accessibility to the list of weekly supply pick ups from town. adding a couple extra’s so that he could make a slab of triple chocolate brownie’s that he could then hide in the back of the fridge for midnight snacking was the silver lining in a dreary week. nate pulled the slab of brownies out of the fridge and slid them onto the counter.   “  chocolate  benefits.  ”  //  @histruth​  ♡’d  for  starter

      clearly,  she still had no clue as to how that side of her she had just triggered worked  ...  or what it’d make her do if she didn’t learn how to control it  ...  how to control herself   (  she’s afraid,  she’s been afraid for the most part of her life  )
