1. Don’t call someone more than twice in a row. If they don’t answer, they probably have something important to do.

2. Pay back money you borrowed before the person asks for it. This shows that you are responsible. The same goes for borrowed items like umbrellas and pens.

3. Don’t order the most expensive food when someone else is treating you to a meal.

4. Don’t ask personal questions like “Why aren’t you married yet?” or “Why don’t you have kids?” It’s not your business.

5. Always hold the door open for the person behind you, whether they are male or female, older or younger. Treating people well does not make you less important.

6. If you share a taxi with a friend and they pay, offer to pay next time.

7. Respect different opinions. What seems like a 6 to you might look like a 9 to someone else. Getting a second opinion is also good.

8. Don’t interrupt when someone is talking. Let them finish what they want to say.

9. If you tease someone and they don’t like it, stop immediately and don’t do it again. It shows you care about them.

10. Always say “thank you” when someone helps you.

11. Give compliments in public but address problems privately.

12. Don’t comment on someone’s weight. Just say, “You look great.” If they want to discuss weight loss, they will bring it up.

13. When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe through their pictures. You might accidentally see something private.

14. If a coworker says they have a doctor’s appointment, don’t ask why. Just say, "I hope you’re okay." Respect their privacy.

15. Treat everyone with respect, whether they are a cleaner or a CEO. People notice how you treat others.

16. If someone is talking to you, don’t stare at your phone. It’s rude.

17. Only give advice when someone asks for it.

18. When you see someone after a long time, don’t ask how old they are or how much money they make unless they want to talk about it.

19. Stay out of other people’s business unless it directly involves you.

20. Take off your sunglasses when talking to someone on the street. It shows respect. Making eye contact is important.

21. Don’t brag about your wealth when you are with people who are less fortunate. Also, avoid discussing your children around those who cannot have kids.

22. After receiving a nice message, say "Thanks for the message."

Yes, I see depression has entered your life. It came upon you slowly and has lasted an extended period of time. I see it in your eyes and the way you carry yourself. You’ve become discouraged with where you are and the situation surrounding you. I see it, and of course, I know what's in your heart. I can see what your closest friends and family do not know. You do not want anyone to know how low you are feeling. You think you should be more mature, and handling things better. You wonder whether you will ever get to the place of victory.

Do not entertain those thoughts any longer. I am here to stop the pain you are feeling. Surrender your mind to Me and allow Me to retrain your thinking. Let Me renew your spirit. Work with Me as I transform your mind. Reflecting on the good things. Remember, every victory, even the smallest, seemingly insignificant ones, and be grateful. Take one day at a time and continue to walk in gratefulness. When you focus your mind on good things, your heart will follow.

Yes, retrain your thinking; focus on Me, and continue to walk in gratefulness. I have such good plans and blessings for you. Trust in Me and you will get there. Receive My healing power right now. I have healed you.

Reminder to lean not on your own understanding. But be sure and trust ME no matter what! Their opinion of you is just that!! Their opinion!

Your silent cries have reached my ears. I feel your pain, and I understand what you are going through. I know you don’t feel it or even believe it, but you will come through this season victorious. Yes, it seems difficult, because it’s testing your faith. However, through this test, I am teaching you how to overcome all circumstances. Come, let us sit down together, and I will dry the tears that don't want anyone to see. You must believe that I understand and that all is well. All is well.

Refuse to allow the enemy to take you back into old places of defeat, for he will certainly do his best to re-establish himself again. Have faith in Me and trust in Me. I understand the enemy you’re facing because I faced him first. I faced him for you. You see; I do understand what you are going through. I understand what you are experiencing because I experienced it first. Therefore, if you want to overcome, follow My example, and persevere until you prevail. I defeated him, and I have given you the authority to defeat him too.

It’s a new day. Isn’t it time you believe that I understand what you are going through? Isn’t it time you recognize that I’ve never left you, that I haven’t turned away from you? Isn’t it time to trust Me to provide for your every need? Yes, it is time. Now, dry your eyes and release your pain.  Allow your love for Me to dissolve into blind faith and trust in My word.  I understand what you’re going through; I really do. Trust Me.

To the woman who has lost her spark.

To the woman whose get up and go, has truly got up and gone.

This is for you.

This is to remind you, that you don’t have to be everything to everyone, every day.

You didn’t sign up for that.

Remember when you used to laugh? Sing?

Throw caution to the wind?

Remember when you used to forgive yourself more quickly for not always being perfect.

You can get that back again.

You really can.

And that doesn’t have to mean letting people down or walking away.

It just means being kinder to you, feeling brave enough to say no sometimes.

Being brave enough to stop sometimes.

And rest.

It starts the moment you realize that you’re not quite who you used to be.

Some of that is good, some of that is not.

There are parts of you that need to be brought back.

And if anyone in your life is not okay with that… they are not your people. Your people will be glad to see that spark starting to light up again.

So, if you have been slowly fading away my friend, this is the time to start saying yes to things that bring you joy and no to things that don’t.

Take hold of My promises and all the good things that I said I would do. Put aside the words of the enemy and the fears of your heart. Loose yourself from all that is not of Me and stand in faith.  Stand in faith and believe that I am acting on your behalf, and it will be done according to My word. Let Us Pray

We know without faith it is impossible to please You, and Lord, You are so wonderful to us. Therefore, we ask you to please help our unbelief, so we can always be good and faithful servants.
