Hiroshi rented Oscar's garage for his art studio. Oscar charged one full bag of trash per week as rent.

With most of the garbage around Sesame Street, however, Hiroshi made a statue of Oscar instead of using it for rent. Luckily, Oscar deemed this the "greatest piece of Grouch art in the world" and allowed Hiroshi to stay.
