My CP has given me really bad lordosis - my lower back almost always hurts, and having to bend and arch my back doing normal things makes it worse. It's to the point where I'm scared I'm really going to do damage someday. I've had this problem since I was little because my hips are weak, so they pull forward and mess with my back, but it's gotten more severe as I've gotten older. I don't know if there's anything I can do because I'm fully grown/too old, but I wish I could fix it permanently.
