High Five For Friday!!
my week looked a little bit like this:
1. picnic with my little darlings. Words can't even describe how beautiful and perfect the weather has been here. I spent every possible second outside this week and it was amazing. I went to the zoo, played at the park and had a picnic lunch in the backyard (without the ants of course)....
2. bonfire. I had my first bonfire of the year and it was absolutely beautiful. The best part of a bonfire is eating one too many s'mores and realizing it's totally worth it!!
3. Run a ton it's fun. This is the slogan to my favorite t-shirt in my collection. It is also the inspiration behind registering for my third ever half marathon. (talk about ambition) It's not until the end of september which gives me plenty of time to procrastinate train and prepare. All that keeps running through my mind is the sign I saw last year that read, "this sounded like a good idea in april..."
4. My mom is the best. and I am not just saying that because mother's day is around the corner and I need some extra points in the jar I am saying it because it is a fact. She is always there for me when I need her. I can count on her to listen to me vent or soothe me when I worry. She makes all of my stresses go away and without her I would not be able to keep up with the busy schedule that I do. Did I mention on top of all that really great stuff my mom spoils me?? She bought me this adorable bike bag this week just because. She told me it was a de-stressor. and for that I love her. Thanks mom!!
5. one hundredth day. Let me take this opportunity to say thank you for sticking with me through all of this blog writing. Today marks my 100th post, which means you, my very loyal reader, have read 100 of my posts!! hooray....if this isn't high five worthy then I don't know what is!!
So, how was your week? Did you do anything fun? Shout out your ideas and let me know. Until then I will be planning my next 100 posts....
