It was just a day ago, everything is so peaceful. It was just an afternoon tea with my dad that he mentioned death and how his life is boring. And it’s just a while ago I came back from the hospital still clueless about what’s causing my dad admission to the hospital. My mind is like a movie flicking through scenes between trying to stay calm and worrisome, which I understood doesn’t help at all. It felt like a #reminder of how vulnerable life is. Any minute or second our body is “brewing” something that we might not understand. Couple of days ago, I watched a video about what our mind manifest may influence our DNA which kept playing back and forth in my head telling me to believe it faithfully and it will bring me peace. Actually I thought I would start pointing fingers but I didn’t. My mind was so quiet, it scared me. I told myself this, “Jo, the worst is your own death and you brushed shoulder with it three times already, you can handle this. Owens kindergarten orientation is tomorrow and I'm sad but so excited for him, we will get to meet his teachers and see his classroom and get the feel of things but we had a bit of a cry tonight because he told me he was scared that I was leaving him by himself and he wouldn't know anyone and it just broke my heart a little bit, I didn't think I was going to but I'm gonna cry tomorrow
