bo and his dad. that was a really exciting one to write, i was trying to go back to the more grounded vibe of my first few sinclair twins fics and i'm very glad you enjoyed it !!

i don't have a totally solid idea about the pre-canon timeline. i have a hc version here, but there are so many possibilities and variations that i can't have a single hc, personally. i do very much like the idea of bo killing his dad though, and vincent killing their mom.

neither of them are particularly well adjusted (evidently), so the seeming cut-and-dry solution of: killing parents = freedom, would probably make a lot of sense at the time. and once that first hurdle is crossed, it probably became easier and easier to rationalise worse and worse things.

either way, bo killing his dad and looking him straight in the eye, letting loose the monster that he was always told he was -- even just for the second it takes to pull the trigger -- it's euphoric for bo.
