Quick story + recap + modernization

Hi? I’m Hora, the goddess of Rome and balance. Back when I was a mortal, a prophecy was sent that I was to help a man revive the pantheon to relieve the curse upon my city. I became a puritan worshipper of the gods and was often overlooked by others in my city, despite being a princess. Later in the Kidnapping of the Sabines, I was matched with the King of Rome. The young Romulus, who admittedly was a young, stupid and smitten man. I fell in love with him, stupidly in love with him.

I was pregnant with our first daughter, when my father waged war against Rome. There was a risk of both cities collapsing, so I rallied the women and jumped in front of the war as a peace token. That’s my heroic deed.

The two cities combined, and my father died shortly after. When my husband and I were older, he went to a Senate meeting and was killed on the way there. Devastated I gave my son the crown and retreated to the temples on the hill, where Iris guided me to my husband, who is a god— Quirinus

Day 20. Favorite Child 

I got confused at this one, since the only characters I know who are children (and the ones with the child form) are Satanick’s children and Reficuls’; None were my favorite.
