No, no. I want to make a good impression, not make everyone throw up and go blind.
As for worth your time: Are they? Does the thought of them being around make you happy? Just being around, not even doing anything. Just literally being close to them, make you happy. If you enjoy spending time with them, and if you have fun with them. Of course it's worth your time. Unless they do not want to be with you. But in that case, you have to choose to have fun in the moment and MAYBE(rare) they change their mind. Or move on and find someone else.
I really like this answer, Ash. It is worth your time if a person makes you happy, period.
If anyone makes you happy, genuinely happy, they are worth your time. Investment in relationships, I think, are really that simple.
