Howdy, was a bit curious about Pastel and Charlotte's relationship? I didn't see much talking about how they bounce off of each other, so I wanted to ask a bit especially since they're both officialn't members :>
Hii Anon !! Ty for the ask :3!!! From Pastel's side - He himself scared of the lenghts of her hypothesis and experiments, going out of the way from what it's usually proposed, and the risk it takes to perform them, worrying that one day one of her doings would doom meteor town, but at the same time, he appreciates her prescence, someone he can trust with his thoughts and doesn't try to infantilize him for how huggable he looks. Pastel also admires her perseverance, moving foward with strenght when things fail and seems like there is no way out instead of running away (something that he secretely envies)
From Charlotte's side - To her. Pastel is a very intriguing individual due to how he can turn simple doodles and abstract concepts put in papers into real things thanks to the move of 'Sketch' and NEEDS to put test to how far the limits to it can be pushed, outside of that way of seeing things. Charlotte always get a good laugh from spooking him with pranks (but doesn't do anything too excesive, she's concious it would be fatal for someone of such a sensitive heart like his) it's a fresh change of pace when things go stale, yet she wishes he could contribute to the conversation when it's a topic of her interest, he's a great listener but it gets boring when only one party is doing the talk

Totally did not get a heat stroke and throw up in a bush while painting this <3 also, I know the tail is all messed up, i ran out of paint so I cant fix it.
Smeargle
The RULER of Moxie. The MASTER of gimmick RNG. Stuck in the region that isn't French, despite it being very France-inspired in its execution. It's the one, the only, Smeargle! What a creature, I'll tell you what. Kind of a dog, kind of a meerkat, kind of a monkey. I love its beret and goofy little tongue sticking out. Its long tail being the brush makes perfect sense and is a clever way around it holding a tool (a sense of design abandoned in later gens)
