My husband is looking for an easy going group to DM a 3.5e D&D campaign for on Saturdays. He would probably run a OneShot for the first session just as a way to make sure everyone gets along alright and make sure his is a good fit for your guys play style.

Just as a heads up, we do have a toddler, so crying will happen on occasion. But the wife ( ^.^ me) will be on babe duty during games so games will go uninterrupted for the most part

Must haves:

Discord for voice chat

Ability to show up weekly on time

Roll20 for board space

A good attitude

(For context my roommates and my husband are playing MTG)

Me: what decks are you guys using?

Roommate: your myr deck

Me:.... the deck with the myrs and the soldiers?

Roommate: yeah?

Me: the one that is red, white and blue?

Roommate:(confused) um...yeah?

Me: ooooooh, yeah. Thats my MYRICA deck :3

At the store

Lady: oh you young moms

Me: huh?

Lady: you young moms think you know everything. Its freezing in here. Your child needs a hat, mittens, and a heavy winter coat. He needs snow boots! And you! You young moms! You think you know better. I am a nursing assistant. You need to be wearing a winter coat too! You young moms.

Son:* is wearing long sleeves, pants, socks, shoes, and a cap.

Me: *is wearing a knit sweater, jeans and tennis shoes. * um. We are inside...

Lady: your son is going to freeze to death! Their heads get cold. You need to bundle him up. I'm a nursing assistant! I know!

Me: er... have a good day ma'am.

She then proceeded to stalk me through the store for five minutes giving me looks. For reference, when she stopped us we were in the freezer section getting veggies. It was 51 °F outside.

This woman just kept emphasizing how "young" I was, as if I have no right to be a parent at my age because apparently I dont look old enough to "properly raise a child".
