1. Sims can now serve tables with deco items on them, as long as those items are allowed with food (like centerpieces)
I swear the not serving decorated tables thing was driving me crazy, I was looking hard for the culprit, and it's been staring right at me the whole time 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
2. When sims have their personal chair at a table that's disallowed at a certain time of day, they will try and sit at another table at that time (if there is one), instead of being too drawn to their own chair

What's next?
I think I might be ready to work on assignable bathrooms and living room seating... I may not do personal settings for seating, it's proven to be a nightmare, but maybe servants/non-servants at least, that should be easy. For bathrooms, I'm thinking 'servants/non-servants/guests/household/personal'. I'm not sure how strict the settings should be, like when your shower is occupied, if you should be able to use someone else's or wait. With toilets, it's easier to decide: no one would pee their pants and just go use any toilet if it comes to that. If you guys have any suggestions, I'll take them!
