Not only he does the beating, he seems to have a shadowy twin to do a double combat with! Helmholtz’s robotic leg is cursed with mana after his old leg got cut off from a fight. There were no victories on both ends, but Hemmy somehow survived. Now that he has a new limb, along with new power, he can make a shadow clone of himself and can deflect ongoing attacks to protect its host. The spoop mana may not be ‘inherently’ evil, but it just wants to have fun. Hemmy doesn’t seem to mind it.

After learning about them in several courses at university, i finally saw them myself: KelvinHelmholtz indtability clouds. The wave breaking occurs when the shear becomes large enough, generating instabilities, turbulentce and mixing. The mixng reduces the shear, and the flow once again become laminar.
