Actually I'll compare the 2 now.

Yeah Alastor is big and tough but Stolas thought the same thing. Infact when he got kidnapped he wasn't even worried about it and now he has PTSD.

King of bad mothers day is Alastor.

In second place we get Charlie. She had 8 years of her mom being gone and blaming her self.

In third only becuase he's been working on his mental health is Blitz.

Forth is Moxie.

First off they both are part of a opressed class but with in that opressed class they have gained a level of privlage and both of them gained that privlage though the entertainment industry. For Blitz we know he met Stolas because of being a performer as a child and he uses that relationship to start a business something few Imps can do. We can also asume he met Verosika this way. Alastor in life was able to scure himself stable decent work by being a performer even though he was a Black man in the 1920-30s. His job aloud him to be invited to the fancy rich people party's even if he wasn't made to feel welcomed there. They both go to great lengths to maintaine the privlage they have gained for them selfs. I'm sure Alastor used the money from his show to buy the books to summon Rosie. Blitz agreeing to his arrangement with Stolas and Alastor selling his soul to Rosie are similar and they have the same motives for doing so.

Speaking of privileged. They both have werid relationships to rich people. Blitz with Stolas and Verosika and Alastor with Vox and Rosie. Yes Rosie is rich she owns a town. Blitz breaking up with Verosika after she telling him she loves him and Blitz snapping at stolas for breaking there aramgement both are comparable to Alastor snapping at Vox in the backflash. Also both of them see there relationships especially there relationship to there rich peers as transactional.

I would also bet that when we get inside of Alastor's head we will see a sceen like the one in Blitz trip during ep 6. That's we we get confirmation that Blitz's greatest fear is that he is so unlovable so awful that he will die alone and the only realtion he can have is the transactional one with Stolas. Alastor obviously wants people in his life same as Blitz. That old art has his desire being family which is the same as Blitz. They both think they don't get that so there terible to people and push them away.

Also Stolas and Rosie are both demeaning to them respectively (though Rosie is worse) yet they both let this fact go without directly addressing it.

Also we don't know alot about Blitz and Verosika's relationship besides that he maxed her credit card and we know she knew his sister was in rehab. I wouldn't be suprised if there relationship and past Vox and Alastor's relationship where very similar. That they partied at liked each other and when things got to real our respective boys fled.
