I was too busy with RL stuff and Dentist so my jaw needs too heal (It's getting better)

Since it's(Almost) October takeover week!

yes, I'm thinking of taking part in the kinktober, and most likely I'll write all sorts of obscenities, I just don't have the energy to write ordinary fanfiction at all.

So first question ?

Where can I meet you personally cutie?

Okay joke besides! Do you speak any other languages? I do know many but in most of them I'm at level A1 or A2!

Any cute pets or cool hobbies? Any preference for a partner? What do you prefer to chill on your bed or the couch? I think I prefer to chill on the bed. How would you describe yourself when you are jealous and how fast can you become jealous? Oh! Favourite dessert? I love ice cream!

I suppose, can be found just about anywhere. If you call for me, I'll come, I promise! I'll do my best to! Oh, but that was a joke, right?

I do speak some broken languages, but it's embarrassing. . . It's impressive you know one at such a high level. Ah - I used to have a cat. I really like cats, I like all animals but they don't seem to like me. Maybe they can tell I'm sort of useless. I suppose I like cooking and cleaning as a hobby. It's very important to me that I'm useful for my angel.

Ah - The couch. Bad dogs aren't allowed on the bed. As for my angel, I know they'll be perfect no matter what, so I have no preference. My brother says I should be pickier, since indecisive people are annoying.

I disagree.

I like sweets. Swiss roll, maybe? Anything chocolate really. . .

As soon as Dean finishes his sentence—no, his declaration, he wants to clear his throat. He settles for swallowing while Cas stares at him, a mixture of curious and questioning, brow furrowed, cheeks pink. For a second, Dean pictures making good on his promise right here, or somewhere close by, pressing their lips together, unbuttoning that starched white shirt and pulling out the knot on that tie, tonguing his way up Cas’s neck, unexplored territory—

But instead he drags Cas to a strip club for an ill-fated attempt at a tryst that almost immediately goes sideways. Standing in the hallway, women glaring at them, he sees Cas cast in neon lights, collarbone exposed and tie askew, and wishes he’d made good on his imaginings.

(But also, weirdly–Mme. Thénardier isn’t wrong. Cosette and her daughters are playing some zero-sum game with fate. There’s no causal mechanism in the plot by which Cosette’s rise causes Éponine’s fall, but metaphysically, she’s stolen all of Éponine’s good fortune and Éponine, at least, is aware of it.)

This made me realize that there really is  a causal mechanism, though!  

That is, there is a direct, causal relationship between Cosette’s suffering and Eponine’s prosperity and comfort. Which is that from the moment Cosette is left with them , the Thenardiers are maintaining their  comfort by exploiting Fantine and Cosette. Fantine’s being overcharged for Cosette from the start, with Thenardier calculating it exactly to pay his debts. Cosette’s clothes are sold away, to pay the Thenardier’s debts. Eponine is given the skirt that Fantine sends to Cosette, the skirt Fantine sold her hair to buy. Cosette’s rise in the world matches the Thenardier family’s descent , but it’s not because she’s (even metaphorically!) stealing anything from them--it’s because their “good fortune”  is built on genuinely stealing from Fantine and Cosette,  built  directly on being able to exploit Fantine and Cosette, in a very real and material way.   When the Thenadiers lose that source of “income” , they start slipping. 

And that doesn’t change the narrative/mythic feel of Cosette and Eponine switching places! But it does mean Mme T isn’t “right”.  Because the thing is, if the Thenardiers had treated Cosette well? If they hadn’t overcharged Fantine? they would have benefited more.
