The spin-off will explain this more, but reincarnation tickets come in different values and offer different conditions. Suguru buys the kind that allows all three of you to be reincarnated together at a later point in time. There is a chance that you may not be in the same area and there's a chance for memory loss of all parties until death. You can cash these in at any time too.

Reincarnation doesn't erase your sentence in Hell, though. You still have to serve whatever time you owe after each life ends. While you're reincarnated, your sentence is essentially paused unless you commit evil acts during that lifetime, in which case you can add even more time to it.

Then there's the soul tie, which was briefly mentioned in the fic. A soul tie means that one of the conditions has been met, they'll continue being reincarnated together for the rest of their existence - even if you finish your hell sentence.

There are three ways to establish one:

One person drains their entire bank account to purchase it, and we're talking billions. Consent from the other parties ist't required.
