I’m so happy I received few days ago (it might even be a week or 2 now... can’t keep properly track of time except for study related stuff)one of the new stabilo boss pastel (cloudy blue)... Let’s talk about Family today! I live with my mother and my brother but my aunt is really close to us and used to live with us ... I have an unusual family but I don’t care I receive so much love and support for them! I made them a breakfast this Saturday and I offer them the latitude 28 (28 because it’s in this latitude that coffee diversity is danger due to climate change) coffee I received from @delhaizebelgium They like it a lot! I was really excited to offer them something they like but that respect environment and small producers (by supporting durable projects) too This week I spend some quality time with my family! I felt so happy... and loved. Small moment with your beloved ones is sometimes all you need to continue! Dietetics studies in Belgium 🇧🇪 When I decide to study medecine it was an other thing i had plan it for years ... and I kinda knew what I would be studying But when I decide to study dietetics it was faster I was just like you know what I like food, I like to know how I have to eat to be healthy, and I enjoyed my nutrition class ... let’s do it ! What I discover was I whole different reality of what I thought it would be... there is cooking class! (Which I like a lot and I was super happy to discover) We have a informatics classes (the teacher is not great be let’s be kind it’s the first time he gives the class) We have thing like hygiene and collective kitchen stuff (super interesting but hygiene kinda of disgust me sometime ... I barely can think to food after it because there is so many food scandals ...) We have a class called methodology which is absolutely not what I thought... it’s in fact a French class (ok to be honest it’s useful but I’m not good at it so I feel like I don’t like it ...) So yes here is what surprise me at first but I’m getting use to this entire new field... I learned that: After our 3 years formation we are supposed to be prepare to work as dieticians (in hospital or private area) In research, in collective restaurant, promoting health or for the afsca (it’s the Belgian association for agence fédérale pour la sécurité de la chaîne alimentaire) I have to say that I’m surprise (in a good way) I’m finding a whole new world behind this door and I starting to feel grateful that life bring me there (out of comfort zone for sure) to find out all this amazing new knowledge Have you guys gone through something difficult and find something that kinda change you life or way to see it ?
