Build a daily max complex: Snatch pull Hang snatch Snatch balance. Followed by a 30 minute core blasting EMOM: 1. 10 Toes to bar 2. 6 burpee box jumps 3. 1 snatch at 90kg 4. 30 second plank hold 5. Thicker waistband than most shorts and the material is great for lifitng in! Doesnβt seem to get caught or bunch up like some of my other shorts!
