Not recorded: the ten minutes it took for me to successfully do a headstand
This took approximately one trillion tries
Hi! I wondering how long it took you to be able to do all your handstands? I really want to start practicing then but I have no clue where to start! Do you have any tips? Thank! Xoxo
Hi, I do headstands, just to be clear, not handstands. :)
Here are a couple of posts (link below) where I’ve talked about this before. Basically, it took me about 130 days of practicing every day against a wall before I could do one without a wall. I’d say it took me close to 175-200 days before I really felt comfortable doing that.

And, if you think you CAN’T DO IT, HERE is a video showing my first ever headstand and my 365th headstand. I truly sucked at headstands, I have horrible balance, but practice, practice, practice is the key!
