taking responsibility for my life and actions has been the most liberating thing these past four days. I honestly feel liberated from things that bring me down because I understand that I have the responsibility to eliminate them and what not. Also liberating myself from the idea that sex equates to being in love has been so freeing. Understanding that I can do whatever the fuck I want, and that the harder I work the better the results, has been awesome. I ate two meals today, and a week ago I thought that I was going to kill myself. I’m not saying that there won’t be another bad day because I’m sure there will be but understanding that I have to dig myself out of the hole that I’ve given myself, has been amazing, to say the least.
