HCBBS actually stands for HermitCraft's Beloved Boobs (Scitties)
this comment on impulse's newest video LMAOOO
I think I'm reaching the tail end of the HCBBS stuff, seeing as I've reached the point where some people are already swapping back, but the ways that different people have approached the swap is hysterical. On one hand you've got people like Grian and Zed, who both made it a point not to intrude on what was already built in each other's bases, but added something within their own skillset while trying to make it fit the feel of what was already there. The same can be said for False and Tango, Keralis and Cleo, and XB and Joe. (Though Joe definitely took the definition of "Ports" a little too literally pfft.)
Then there's Stress and Impulse, who literally made themselves at home in each others' bases, with Stress turning Impulse's base pink and Impulse transforming Stress' skull into a cool sunglasses-wearing rocker.
Then you've got people like Iskall and Doc who seem dead set on sneaking back into their old bases to either continue work on projects there (Iskall) or rescue diamonds that were left behind (Doc). And I find it hilarious that in both cases, the other half of the swap has adopted part of the persona of the person whose base they attained. (Beef-skall with his bionic eye and floral shirt, Cub calling himself the GOAT instead of Doc.) Mumbo sort of did that as well, using Scar's "Super Fast Build Mode" music for his episode, using a variation of that phrase in a later video.
But nobody took this as far as Scar, who adopted the phrase "chaffed to bits", called himself "JumboTimesWithScar", and seemingly started to slowly transform into a strange and slightly creepy amalgamation of both Scar and Mumbo. I'm - Scar, what are you doing??
HCBBS is so fun but i honestly connot see it ending in any other way than etho somehow ending up with all the deeds and then selling them in sneak-e-e's

this is basically what happened
I’m thinking about HCBBS again... the amount of trust put into it....
Of course the hermits won’t grief, but it’s not just a base, it’s an entire system. A system of how the hermit works. And you’re trusting someone not to mess up the system.
You have to learn how to live someone else’s life. Sort their chest monsters. Find their beds. Hunt down their wacky nether portal locations. Learn to fly through the openings. Where everything is. Where mobs spawn.
I could go on forever about the genius of HCBBS from start to finish. I just think... this is a sign of immense trust and love in each other.
