As a fan of Ozzie, it bothers me that people think he's a bad representation of Lust because he's actually romantic and stands by consent. Some will even argue that Valentino is a better representation of Lust. I'm gonna break down why this bothers me.

Firstly, lust and consent can and SHOULD go hand in hand. We know that Ozzie works with Fizz when it comes to developing sex toys. When he's at the factory, he's open to hearing what his factory workers have to say and present, working alongside them. These show that he has an open-mind and willing to work with others to develop new ideas, maybe even explore new kinks (or pre-existing kinks in a new way).

Let's compare this to Valentino. Valentino has little regard for anyone's input when it comes to making his pornos. He doesn't care about the script, all he cares about is that it's horny for the sake of horniness. He's giving orders to others. He's forcing his workers to do things without asking or caring about their consent. None of this would indicate that he'd be open to developing new ideas of lust. Plus, Val is very particular about a person's looks whereas Ozzie has yet to be shown to discriminate against anyone based on appearance.

When it comes to Ozzie having a romantic side, I fail to see how this would make him a not-good representation of Lust? Never mind that him being a romantic is literally the point of his character or that this hypocrisy is called out in-universe. While I will always argue that his and Fizz's relationship is more than just sex, let's not pretend that sex isn't an aspect of their relationship.

Them having a sex life is not a secret and has never been a secret. Not only have they openly talked about it but we've also seen little things in the background that indicate that it's something they actively partake in. We can have our headcanons on positions, roles, etc. but it is an objective fact that they have sex for pleasure.
