          Mornings were always the roughest. For one, it meant leaving. Which was already a considerable feat considering she was supposed to stay invisible amongst a shared household. An already cumbersome task made even harder when an unexpectedly early call roused her from her sleep, an entire hour before her planned (not to mention utterly mandatory) precautionary alarm. Figuring the two consecutive tries to push past her phone’s dutifully imposed ‘do to disturb’ status must have made it important, Tasya reluctantly rolled out of the golden haired woman’s bed to shrug on the remainder of her clothes and tiptoe out of the familiar room. It was a traditionally Irish exit, executed only after she’d paused and turned around, daring to press a featherlight parting kiss to the sleeping beauty’s temple. It was even more disheartening to discover the call was far more tedious than urgent— merely arguing over the semantics of an order she had placed on behalf of Retrograde a week ago. “Bell,” she enunciated clearly into her iPhone’s receiver, voice contained at a hush until she opened the bedroom door, waiting until she had officially stepped out into the living room to initiate full volume. “First name Tasya.” Listening to the receptionist on the other end, presumably on the east coast due to their misaligned time frame, she couldn’t help but huff with impatience. Not to mention, how cool the morning air felt against her prematurely unsupported body. “Okay... try Anastasia. That’s A - N - A - S ⁠—” her voice caught slightly mid-syllable, almost certain she’d heard a noise from somewhere within the townhouse, “⁠— uh, T - A - S - I - A... hold? No, listen to me, Katherine... it’s Katherine, no...? Right. Well, please know that your vendor’s offerings weren’t even my first choice, and I’d be more than happy to take my business elsewh—” Much to her disdain, before she was even able to complete the entirety of the sentence, her ears were subjected to the awful lull of royalty free elevator music. Put on fucking hold.

Would you mind coming over again for a bit? Bleu’s not doing so well and nothing we say will get him to calm down.
