Well these days I'm thinking alot about what I'm exactly doing with my art. I don't have my own style or anything...and of course you should have one . But what's important for me or for anyone is to enjoy the process first. I know this can be really irritating especially when we see so many amazing artist on our insta feed daily .But this will only create pressure...and we are not pressure cooker ! (Eh bad joke I know ). So I'm taking a step back to enjoy the process first, practice more on basics and learning as much as I can from others. And I hope, no actually I believe that someday I am going to find my own style. Day 13. 1:34pm. Clouds are the colors of the sky. Without them, it’s hard to define the sky, other than saying that it’s blue and endless. My brushhand falters over the paper, not knowing where to start, confronted with all that blueness. I, like most people, definitely have a knack for filling up space. Emptiness is quite scary. It’s big, it’s huge, it’s beautiful, and frightening. When I see myself all on my own in the middle of emptiness, running away or filling it up seems the best thing to do. An alternative could be to stay and allow myself to add just one thing. Maybe we could all do that. Just focus on one word. One color. And then familiarize ourselves with that. And then maybe we’ll find out that subtlety isn’t as elusive as we thought. It’s that one cloud that defines the sky.
