Icy blue eyes; black hair; constantly smirking.Personality: Hatham is a quiet child who often seems to be involved in his own thing, but always has his ears active and listening.  He has a tendancy to misbehave, and attempts to use his cuteness (and, as he gets older, charm) to get him out of trouble.Special talents: Hatham has taken up Galan’s trade of making and playing multiple instruments.  He’s taken up studying instruments from every culture he can, but favors the Vulcan lyre.Who they like better: He likes Mika as his fun mom, and feels she understands him more and can relate to him, but is more likely to go to Tal’kaela for life advise.Who they take after more: Mika.  He’s like a Romulan version of Mika.Personal headcanon:  Hatham was born blind.  His birth parents didn’t figure it out until he was about 7 months old, at which time they were prepared to mournfully turn him over to the medical facility to be killed for his ‘defect’.  Tal’kaela’s mother, Commander Hloal t’Lareth, has been fighting for the rights of ‘defective’ Romulan children since she became a mother at 57.  She knew the family, and (after speaking with Tal’kaela) offered to take the child and give him to her federation-dwelling Romulan daughter to raise.  The parents agreed, and after some intensive legal battles, Tal’kaela legally adopted Hatham at 4 years old.  Mika then offered to help raise him alongside Kat, who loves him to pieces and would defend him with her life.
