Mood: need to shave my legs

Anxiety. Panic attacks. It's real. It's hard to deal with while it's happening. This last week has been a rough one. It has been many years since I have had one of these episodes that I couldn't shake. I don't know what causes it to happen. It just feels like nervousness with a rapid heart beat and my breathing gets all wonky. I hate admitting it's happening. I guess because it makes me feel weak and out of control. I don't like either of those feelings. I also don't like feeling like I'm going crazy and loosing my mind. For those two things I am neither. I have amazing family that is always here for me and an amazing husband that knows exactly how to pull me out when I'm feeling trapped. On to a better week and a better me!!! I'm praying! Please say one for me 😊
