Fandom Favoritism (PJO)
The Percy Jackson fandom would be a lot more interesting and engaging if they actually focused on more people than just Percabeth and Solangelo. And that's being generous with Annabeth and Will those two are just sidekicks for their boyfriends in fandom.
There are so many stories that would be better told from a different character's perspective. I've run into more than a few crossover stories (cause I am a slut for crossovers) set in California (Teen Wolf, 9-1-1-Verse) or just on the west coast. And they never once mention Camp Jupiter outside of like one or two sentences.
Other stories with themes of death or transformation would be better suited for Hazel or Frank. Runaway stories for Annabeth, Leo, Thalia or Luke. Or stories of rich kid shit working with Rachel, or Piper.
It's just disappointing really. I'll admit I came into this fandom from HOO, and I'm also biased in that way. But truly the PJO-Fandom in all it's years has been absolutely shit at including or centering anyone who isn't Percy.

I’m actually a massive hater… I realize how much of my brain power is spent praying on the downfall of good people who have done nothing wrong except be better at me at something.
