One depressing night, i thought to myself.. “I can’t take it anymore. I’m strong but  my strength has limits. I can’t keep it to myself anymore”. Then after crying, I turned to the Internet, hoping to find any writings of same personal struggle coz i really like to read stories of people. So I stumbled upon this blog, it was about depression and being happy and sad at the same time. She said that it was helpful to have a blog. And right then,  I searched for the best blogging site for personal use..i chose this..the Tumblr and WIX. So far I’m liking this platform although it has a social media vibe, I like that there is less negativity here than Facebook or Twitter. I would just like to use it as an outlet for my thoughts and emotion. 

Do you guys notice how much nicer it is on Tumblr than on facebook? There's like a whole other vibe here. Way more mellow, people are more in to what's being posted, as to the mass garbage on facebook. No one is arguing here, just enjoyment of whatever topics your in to.

Just deactivated my facebook. The sense of liberation is unbelievable. Hopefully this is permanent and I never have to go back to the obsessive, self-promoting, passive platform again. I can spend the time I spent scrolling through people's lives blogging and looking at photography, writing more, expressing, spending time with people, not waiting for people to contact me, not caring about what people are getting up to - especially those who aren't actively sharing what they're getting up to via phone or in person to me; if it really mattered it's only a walk away to reach me, right? And walking is the best. Yess to less claustrophobia. A bigger yes to more morning runs, misty skies, scarf weather, coffee, friends; and more time to laugh and share with REAL people, in REAL time. Yes to the beauty of being real.
