My room smells overbearingly of peppermint and lavender. I brewed up a concoction earlier that should keep all bugs and spiders from coming into my room at night(number one scaredy cat of these night time creatures) and doused it everywhere. And I've been lighting candles infused with various oils and now I feel like I am living inside an incense stick. Haha! I am currently emailing some publishing companies for work experience/internships and I'm feeling quite anxious that so far I haven't heard back from any of them. I've decided that's the direction I want to go in, but its all a bit ambiguous really. I haven't applied to that many yet but still, it is annoying. Things need to go according to plan, so that this time next year I will have moved out again/be moving out.
