You and Eva had a little thing going on before the boat and when she recruited you for the mission? It was never ending with you both, you were called her personal lapdog the one she never let get to far away from her without looking but after awhile it got complicated she didn’t know what she wanted and you both stopped seeing each other, no more late night lab talks where the cameras cut out for a few minutes and you two were no where to be seen after. No more visits to her office where you left with messy hair and a lot of questions unanswered no more you too.

You ranted to ilyukhina one night when you were drunk you were upset you really did like stratt even though she acted like she was steal and couldn’t be soft but you knew otherwise, and that’s how you and ilyukhina began hooking up.. it kind of just Happend and she lingered around your lab she had no business being there she was an engineer you a scientist she just wanted to watch you. You both got questions about what were you guys and you just shrugged “nothing” was the common answer.

It had been a long fucking day of meetings and shit your brain was fried you stepped out onto the deck and leaned on the railing taking out a cigarette and lighting it between your lips it had been about five minutes and you heard the click of heels fuck. You knew the sound of her steps anywhere even if she hadn’t spoken to you properly in months, you still knew it was her she went out onto the deck and saw you.

She walked over and leaned next to you “you and ilyukhina? Of all people?” She commented her accent tough everyone knew about ilyukhinas inconsistencies in relationships but she brought you comfort when stratt didn’t you just nodded.

“Did you forget about me that easy, Hase?” She spoke in that goddamn tone as she took your face in her hand as you exhaled smoked and looked at her you didn’t answer as she continued

“Is she perverted like me?” she asked you but your lip as you looked up at the older woman you remembered all the crazy shit stratt would make you do when she had the time from restraints to foreplay and alot of other ones that can’t be mentioned as she’s looking at you like this so emotionless so stoic.

“Hmm? Hase?” She asked again as she squeezed your face for you to talk now

“No, Eva. She’s not you” you spoke as you looked up at her with those wide eyes that usually would make her fold she didn’t. Not right now anyway.

She nodded “thought so. Answer me this Hase.” She spoke as she took the forgotten cigarette from your hand and smoked it herself

“Do you think of me when she’s ontop of you?” She stared at you, the cocky tone blowing the smoke into your face the fucking nickname.

You nodded.

YOKAI POWERS

Powers obtained from Yokai that now become part of the user. All Yokai users have specific characteristics in their powers and in the way they are obtained, but they all acquire the abilities predetermined by the Yokai of origin.

PSYCHIC POWERS

Innate powers of the protagonists that are amplified with external changes and training.

ALIEN TECHNOLOGY

Powers obtained from special materials that the bearers can mold at will.

Tables with the gangs' main powers. This does not include alien allies like Penny Wise, Rokuro, Ludris, etc., nor adult allied characters like Seiko, Manjiro, Queen, Kashimoto, Payase, or the Yokai themselves in their independent forms. I wanted to focus solely on the main cast, including Hase because I think he will actually be included in the future. We could continue expanding the tables by including more categories with other characters, but for now, I think this could be interesting.

We have psychics, we have Yokai, and we have kaijus… But here are some interesting facts:

Jiji is capable of being in two categories at the same time, but I think it won't be long before we see Okarun in both tables as well. I don't consider Okarun-Kinta-Mecha a transformation worth mentioning. Okarun didn't even control the shape of the armor. It makes perfect sense that Jiji was the first to be able to significantly increase the capacity of his powers and be included in several categories. It's been emphasized a lot that he's a genius.

Jiji is the only one who doesn't wear a mask in his yokai transformation, along with Rin. It's speculated that this is because neither of them can control the yokai form itself, but rather Evil Eye and Mai are the ones who shape it.

I don't know when cursed objects will have their own category, as well as cryptids and supernatural creatures that are neither yokai nor aliens. Kouki is on the edge in that sense. Although her power hasn't been clearly defined, to this day she's still considered a psychic.

I've always thought that Reiko Kashima is intended as Momo's yokai. A fusion of those two isn't feasible at this point in the story because they're both already very powerful, and there's no good reason for them to join forces, and because their story hasn't progressed far enough yet.

Aira is the only yokai user who has full control over her powers, who doesn't have the more obvious red stripes over her eyes, nor does she have any notable limitations on her usage time. On the other hand, she doesn't have a defined move or star attack.

Rin also has very peculiar powers, given that although they originally come from a yokai, she can't control them, and Mai, to this day, isn't considered a "yokai" in the manga's information but rather falls under the category of "fairy." She is the first character shown to have been able to change her nature.

There's no reason to think that Hase's powers have been taken away or that they are more limited because they come from knives. Remember that Kouki also obtained his through daggers.

🎊HAPPY BIRTHDAY🎊

1) Damn, Okarun and Aira’s backs must be hurting from how much they’ve been carrying the story recently. Seriously, even though I’ve been pretty critical of these past few chapters, Okarun and Aira have been the one bright spot in terms of drama and character development. And look at that, an actual storyline consequence that feels natural (Aira confesses to Okarun —> Okarun rejects her —> Aira decides their friendship is worth more than her petty jealousy).

See, why couldn’t we get that with Momo and Okarun? Was amnesia REALLY the best solution to stopping Momokarun from becoming canon too early on? You could’ve easily had them discuss their relationship once Momo was returned to normal-size and have Momo say something along the lines of wanting more time to think about their relationship since Jiji is still in the picture. And that they need to do some more maturing before they become a couple since Momo can’t even say Okarun’s real name without freaking out. Anyways, I really hate this damn amnesia bullshit, it’s making every Momo scene fall flat now.

The actual Momo scene we got was fine. But you know what made me feel sad? Aira and Okarun actually got some decent chemistry. Yeah, yeah, I know Momokarun 4evur, but if that weren’t the case, I’d be fine with Aira and Okarun getting together. Like when they posed together to say brachiosaurus, that was cute! Even if you hate Aira or hate Aira being with Okarun, you gotta admit that was a cute moment.

Man…real Momo Ayase has been gone for so long that Aira Shiratori said to herself, “Fine, if Momo can’t be herself, I’LL BE MOMO!” Because that’s lowkey how Aira’s been written this entire arc. The way she’s been in sync with Okarun, she’s filling in the space that Momo used to have. Which I like since it shows that in another universe, it would’ve worked out.

Side note, still not buying the fact that Okarun somehow went from having to be carried out by Aira to being steady enough to leap in and save Momo from the spinosaurus. “It’s the power of love-” fuck out of here with that, that’s a cop out answer and you know it. “Batman can defeat anyone with enough prep time”-ahh answer. “You gotta believe in the heart of the cards”-ahh answer.

2) First half of this chapter was very good. Second half of this chapter is not so good. I’m sorry but there’s something about the way Tatsu writes villains that comes off as mediocre. They all kinda feel like the same brand of evil slop, just spread out by different designs. This is weird to say but the most compelling villain there was Hase, the fucking school bully. At least he’s memorable!

Good job Okarun. You must be firm in your words when it comes to describing your feelings. He really let Aira down gently, it's not like he outright rejected her, but he made it clear that Momo is the one he loves. Aira accepted her defeat quite graciously too. I'm glad she came to terms with Okarun loving Momo in this moment. Sometimes, showing your love is more important than pursuing it.

Also, Tatsu-sensei is just popping out cool character designs left and right. I don't really care that much about the Black Knights yet, but I look forward to see who is in their ranks and what they do.
