19Apr2017 Today's Lunch at Hexa's Kitchen, Kare-kare from scratch, with lean pork and pata. This is going to be a birthday tradition for me. I just enjoy the process of making Kare-kare, prepping all the components to make the thick peanut sauce. This year is my first time to sauté the alamang the goes with it.
