Day 1, Over
Day 1 of getting my butt in gear has come and gone. Surprisingly it went pretty well! I fasted until 2pm when I got my juices and then just drank! I finished at 7:30pm which is about 3 hours before bedtime.
I slept like a baby. This is the first time I’ve fallen asleep without melatonin or alcohol in weeks. It was a good first step.
This morning I was a little groggy but after my warm lemon/ ACV water and walking the dog, I perked right up and cleaned the refrigerator and kitchen.
Now it’s around 1pm and I’m on my 2nd juice of the day.
A challenge for me today is that I’m making dinner for my husband. I hope I won’t be too tempted! I should’ve planned ahead and got him a ton of stuff he could grill... too bad this cleanse was on kind of a whim!

A year ago at this same I was just couple iof weeks into my fit lifestyle journey. I remembered that my mood, attitude was pretty blah. I didn't love myself much. I was miserable in my own skin and it projected outward physically, how I treated others, I was rude, always irritated and preferred to avoid people. The person that took the brunt of this foul me was my dear husband. Thank the Lord, Angelo stood by me😇🙏. I know it wasn't easy for him. But I couldn't seem to control myself 😖😢. It was like someone else in my body. . Fast forward 1 year, it's definitely brighter. . I truly am comfortable in my own skin, definitely projecting a positive vibe and enjoy interacting with people and more SMILES😆😁. Yes, I still have my old self moments. I CAN work thru this. It WILL get better and better! . What changed in a year? Learning and applying a new approach to eating, exercising correctly and effectively was to change my physical being. But it was way more than just causing physical change. This shift in mindset was #mindbodysoul transformation for me. This is my journey, there is no end point, it's for life. . Now I am paying it forward by helping others like my former self or those that are stuck in the evil cycle of.losing and gaining the same 5, 10, 20... lbs over and over again, in their transformation journey. Getting to be part of my tribe members' journey, transformation, hearing their excitement is such a rewarding fulfilling feeling that further drives me in my lifetime journey and excites me in helping others. .
