I had a dream the other day and this stuffed animal type object was in it for like five seconds and now Iāve had a damn nightmare about it tonight but the problem is Iāve never seen it before a day in my life (that I can think of) aside from my first dream that had it in it and they say you can only dream about things you see in real life, which I find to be bullshit thank you, and I literally can not get it out of my head and I feel like Iām being haunted by it but it doesnāt exist. Iām not even really depressed about anything either so I canāt be making things up out of depression.
Yes Iām aware I sound crazy but surprise surprise I have paranoia and Iām crazy so. Iām also having severe paranoia about it literally haunting me but it doesnāt exist. I even asked my twin brother if he knows of such thing after I described it, which Iām not going to do again, and he doesnāt even remember it being a thing. So why did my mind make up this stuffed animal, thatās not even really an animal, and why do I feel haunted by it.
