I'm glad the Hank/Janet/Tony love triangle was never adapted because people can't ever be normal about Hank's mental illness & the tragic effect it had on his relationship with Janet, but objectively it's a way more interesting love triangle than whatever Scott/Jean/Logan had going on.

mAN, early hankjan really is like pov you made an impulse decision to trust a woman with your secret identity because you're that desperately, desperately lonely and you recognized a spark of tragedy in her but now you two are bonded for life for better or worse without really knowing each other and she justifiably assumes that you - a hero, a brilliant scientist - knew what you were getting yourself into and that you really want her around but then you begin to realize the ramifications of bringing on another person who has her own mind, who's stubborn and who has her own free will so you're excruciatingly vulnerable caring for her once again and you think you've made a mistake and you two are virtually strangers, aren't on the same page beyond protecting people and yet you spend every day together and risk your lives together and you can't ever, ever back out of that deal.
