🚨Rescue Alert 🚨 3 weeks ago Romeo and Juliet were living TOGETHER in a tiny little Critter Trail. Our friend Kristen saw them on Craig's List and contacted the seller. The story was that she bought them from the pet store a month prior, the kids were bored, and they needed to go. The seller also didn't know that Syrians were solitary and we are guessing they also didn't think through the consequences of house a male and female together. Kristen was determined to get them out of there but told the seller to separate them immediately which she did not do. Kristen and CHA gathered up supplies and retrieved Romeo and Juliet from the seller. It's been 2 weeks of pregnancy watch and Juliet seems to be in the clear. They had a vet visit for some signs of respiratory issues which may have been related to the pine bedding they were previously kept in. Juliet had a little moment of leaning to the left and seems to have recovered from that. They seem to be doing well and are ready for adoption. We are including an application link for those of you who are interested. Romeo and Juliet are located in Orange County, Ca. The adoption fee is $20 and that included a gallon bag of food. Please share if you think you can help us find a home for these lovers who just can't be together! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Juliet is approx 3-4 months old. She is a Black Banded Tortoiseshell Banded, Short Hair.
