i think theyre aware of how theyre milez away from help and are trying to distract themself w/ bookz and worshipping dream. mizu has long since been forgotten by the rest of society’z general consciousness and ranbob knowz theyre pretty much fucked if anything happened. however, i feel like therez a lotta. suppression going on w/ ranbobz attitude towardz their ender half.

they suppress any instinctz from their ender half and bury themself under distractionz to try to avoid the blood-curdling fear that comez w/ living underwater when ur an enderman, it doesnt help that theyre completely alone either. it quickly becomez unhealthy, like ranbob avoiding or just straight up shattering any mirrorz in mizu so theyre not reminded that theyre half enderman by their physical appearance.

theyre trying to avoid that fear as much as possible, instead theyre just instilling a deep paranoia and anxiety in themself and theyll crack under that kind of pressure w/ having nobody but themself (and dream, arguably) to keep them company.
