As far as bosses with shields go, Gudda was actually a really good one. The shield can be bypassed either by hitting enough to temporarily disable it or try to attack him from the side or behind, though doing both is even more effective. It’s also a more melee centric boss, which means using your spear to hit him and make way for valor strikes, which is very fun. When he’s not behind his shield and actually attacking you, he still has a nice variety of attacks to sometimes literally throw at you. The only problem I have with him is that I just wish the fight were a little longer as when it ends, it feels like he’s got a little more in him. When a boss’s issue is that it should have been a little longer, it’s really not that much of an issue.
