Suburban Melting Pot

At first sight this is a stereotypical house from 1950s Simerican Suburbia, but as soon as you enter the rooms look so different from each other you wonder if each one has been designed by a different architect. Turns out the whole house has been projected and built by a single madman architect in 2024.

I built these houses live on the Purple Website back in July 2024 based on the Wheel of Styles Build Challenge done by Gryphi, just now I'm posting it here, after over two months.

Anyways, this is a residential lot and it’s meant to be placed on 18 Maywood Lane (a 32x30 lot), just beside the Bunch family's house.

Requires all EPs and several SPs (High-End Loft, Master Suite, Town Life, Diesel, Decades and Movie). For the Store content, three worlds (Aurora Skies, Midnight Hollow and Roaring Heighs) and the Retro Ride car from a Dr. Pepper promotional set (I used a decrappified version though). No CC required (for the screenshots though, I used the Clear & Bright Sky and Ouerbacker's Clouds replacements posted by @potato-ballad-sims).

I wasn't really planning to show Cherry's trips beyond their first venture to Conifer Station, but I realized while planning this scavenging trip that it would be silly to not at least have a couple screenshots of Cherry doing their thing when it happens during their rotation.

But I can't keep sending them back to the same house, and as much as I love building run down and abandoned spaces, I'm already planning and building out the other two neighborhoods and I'm not exactly in a rush to explore every nook and cranny of the world, especially with so much left unfinished.

So then I thought, what's to stop me from having Cherry explore a random one-off house or two by another builder? Maybe an obvious solution but I literally can't remember ever using anyone else's builds in my game...? Building is such a core part of the game for me, I would never think to not just build for myself. But there are some awesome abandoned / haunted / post-apocalyptic builds out there by amazing creators, and why not have my sims poke around them?
